Farmers Market Application
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications will be accepted until May 17, 2024. Accepted vendors will be contacted by email the week of June 1-8, 2024. Please DO NOT send in payment until your application has been received. Prices do not include taxes.
BOOTH SIZES & PRICES
Booth A – Uncovered, 10′ wide x 16′ deep.
No electrical power.
$50.00 per day.
Booth B – Uncovered. 10′ wide x 16′ deep.
Electrical power is supplied.
$60.00 per day.
Booth C – Uncovered. 10′ wide x 32′ deep.
No electrical power. Recommended for trailers.
$70.00 per day.
ADDITIONAL RENTALS
Canopy Rental – 10′ x 10′, does not include set up and tear down. In severe wind conditions, canopies will be not be set up and refunds will be given. Limited quantities available.
$25.00 per day.
Table Rental – 6′ table, does not include set up and tear down. Limited quantities available.
$15.00 per day.
Chair Rental – Folding plastic chair. Limited quantities available.
$5.00 per day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If accepted, Market fees must be paid in full by July 1, 2024. Payment can be made by credit card by calling 204-895-7203 ext 230. Sorry, we do not accept EFT.
- Vendors must be set up prior to Market opening.
- Vehicles are not permitted on Market grounds.
- Table(s), chairs and shade covering must be removed and safely stored at the end of each Market day. NEW IN 2024 – RENTAL CANOPIES, TABLES AND CHAIRS WILL NOT BE SET UP AND TAKEN DOWN BY OUR TEAM.
- Vendors selling food must have any and all required permits. New packaging material must be used for all processed food products and should be labelled with all of the ingredients in the product. Labels must also show the name, address and phone number of the vendor.
- Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and all applicable permits for their products.
- Smoking, vaping, or drinking is not allowed within the Market.
- Vendors are responsible for garbage pick-up in their booth area. Garbage and Recycling cans will be provided.
- All vendors must park in the parking area provided.
- Verbal or physical abuse to customers or vendors on the site will not be tolerated. Anyone upsetting the operation of the Market will be asked to leave.
- Vendors are not allowed to extend their booth beyond their booth size without permission.
- Vendors must not tear down or dismantle their booth until after Market closing.
- A minimum of 14 days notice is required in the event of an unexpected absence. If adequate prior notice is given, a 50% refund of the booth fee will be issued.
- If a vendor has not provided prior notice and is not set up by 15 minutes prior to the start of the Market, they forfeit their booth fee(s).
- Farmers Market terms and conditions and fees can be subject to change without notice.
