Description

A fragrant tender perennial with a slightly bitter taste, used extensively for flavouring meats, soups, omelettes and cheese dishes. Robust plants grow to 60 cm with spiky mauve flowers and green-grey leaves.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May and again in August and September. Seeds also be started inside and transplanted after the danger of frost has passed.
